Warranty Claim & Inquiries
Ampergen is committed to satisfying our customers by providing them with high-value, defect-free products—every time, all the time. This commitment is backed by our product warranties, which are some of the best in the industry. All UltraLast products come with a limited warranty, which varies from product to product. Detailed information about the type and length of warranty each product has can be found on the original product packaging.
To make a warranty claim, please send the product, a letter explaining the problem, and your original purchase receipt, along with your name, return address, and a daytime telephone number where you can be reached in case we have questions. For rechargeable AA, AAA, C, D, or 9V batteries, please include $1.00 per battery for replacement.

If it’s rechargeable, it’s recyclable!
Ampergen and its brands (UltraLast®, UltraLast Green™, Multiplier®, and Alexander Technologies®) are proud licensees of the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC®) Call2Recycle® program. Look for the EPA-approved RBRC recycling seals on all of our battery packages or labels, and recycle them at one of the thousands of collection sites across the US and Canada.
